What Nandrolone is
Nandrolone is the other 19-nor in common supply, and the difference between its two products is entirely the ester. NPP is nandrolone phenylpropionate on a short curve; Deca is nandrolone decanoate on a long one. The detail
Unlike trenbolone, nandrolone does aromatise, though weakly. It is progestogenic like the rest of the family. The practical distinction between the two preparations is how long each takes to clear, which matters most at the end rather than the beginning: the decanoate is still releasing long after the phenylpropionate has gone.

Is NPP or Deca better?
They are the same compound on different esters, so the question is really about release. NPP clears in days, the decanoate in weeks. Neither is stronger than the other as a compound.
Does nandrolone aromatise?

Why is nandrolone called 19-nor?
