The short answer
NPP is nandrolone phenylpropionate and Deca is nandrolone decanoate. The compound is the same in both; the ester changes how long it takes to appear and, more importantly, how long it takes to clear. NPP runs on roughly a day and a half, the decanoate on roughly seven and a half. The decanoate is also supplied at twice the concentration, 300 mg/ml against 150.
